Our payments are processed through Paypal and Stripe, both of which are secure methods guaranteeing you protection when buying.

Fur Pre Orders take 10-14 Days to be made, after which it will be delivered, unless at peak periods where there may be longer wait times, you will be updated, or unless we already have it currently in stock.

We do not currently offer a returns service, however exchange may be considered under some circumstances, however all orders are thoroughly checked before dispatching, and therefore we hold the right to refuse an exchange if deemed necessary.
